Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 if you are carrying out building work you have specific legal duties. For projects lasting more than 30 days you must appoint a CDM Co-Ordinator. We are qualified CDM Co-Ordinators with experience on housing, schools, churches, factories, offices, commercial buildings and railway premises. If you are not sure if your project is covered by the Regulations we will be pleased to provide initial advice without obligation.
