Philip Lea Associates are an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, with over 30 years experience, based in the Lune Valley. Our aim is to provide PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL and INDEPENDENT advice.

Buying a house is a big decision and you need the right advice. We like to work with you to understand and interpret your property needs. We hope that our personal service based on local knowledge offers a real alternative to the ‘big firm’ approach.

Having Building Problems?

We provide specific reports on structural problems such as cracking and dampness. If you have employed a builder and are unhappy with his work we can provide expert advice. We are also experienced Party Wall Surveyors.

Commercial

We act for commercial clients providing advice on health and safety, lease negotiations, schedules of dilapidations and condition.
